haemorrhoids

Hemorrhoids skin conditions characterized by swelling and inflammation of blood vessels (veins) in the rectum and anal area. Hemorrhoid is often spelled as «Hemorrhoid».Hemorrhoid is also called as "piles".

To understand hemorrhoids, hemorrhoid thinks of as the weakest part of the band weakening of blood vessels. The hemorrhoid develops when a weakened veins from expanding under pressure, such as filters for the toilet. Once expanded vein is able to return to normal size is called a hemorrhoid.
Causes of Hemorrhoids
* Increased pressure in the anal or rectal area is the main cause of hemorrhoid.
* Several factors lead to the development of hemorrhoids.
* Increased pressure on the rectal veins causing hemorrhoids to swell and reduced blood flow leads to inflammation and tissue necrosis.
* Digestive problems such as diarrhea and constipation are the main causes are believed to cause hemorrhoids.
Signs and Symptoms of Hemorrhoids
* A typical symptom of hemorrhoids is that it covers the anus, as the opening of the anus can be seen from outside.
* Hemorrhoids cause anal area to become itchy, particularly around the anal opening.
* Hemorrhoids can also cause a burning sensation or pain in the anal area.
* Anal discomfort around the anal opening is a common
Symptom of Hemorrhoids.

See below, the most common haemorrhoidal symptoms:
1. An itch.
2. The sensation of a close open flame.
3. A pinching pain.
4. Anal discharge of mucus or blood.
5. The sensation of hard stools - constipation
6. Tumescence - A puffiness on the anus.
8. Enduring/ occassional discomfort.
Internal Piles
When varicose veins inflate through pressure they stick out into the anal canal. This is known as internal piles. But I should note that once they can be physically seen without tampering, it's known as external piles which I will get onto in just a second. This is referred to as internal piles.
Often, you won't be aware that you have an internal hemorrhoid. You'll know there is a dilemma through displaying piles symptoms. But you won't be able to sense or view the hemorrhoid itself.
Upon just acquiring piles, they aren't generally irritating in a way that you are knowingly mindful of. However, as the vein membrane is very sensitive to touch, a little rubbing can result in soreness and make matters even worse.
Blood may start appearing once friction builds. A common time people realise they have a severe case of haemorrhoids is when they've been to the toilet. If you find blood you ought to contact your doctor.
External Piles
If internal piles are left untreated the case may escalate to external piles - when the vein becomes visible without touching the infected region. A prolapse, as it's also known, is altogether a more weighty condition to have. In many cases it becomes not just more irritable, but more painful too.
While this can be painful and annoying, it's very mild when compared to hemorrhoids resulting from blood clots - also known as a 'thrombosed external hemorrhoid'.
Grading Piles
GRADES SYMPTOMS OF HAEMORRHOIDS
1st Degree:
Internal Piles –
Pain and puffiness cannot be felt /// seen
Second Degree:
mild External Piles –
Sticks out when under strain and disappears at rest
3rd Degree:
External Piles –
Projects itself out but still possible to feed back into the anal passage
Fourth Degree:
Severe External Piles –
The vein is dangling and is unable to return to it's former location
* Pollution of internal damage is the common sign of hemorrhoids.
* Hemorrhoids can also cause a feeling of incomplete bowel evacuation;
* Tracks or prolapsed in the anal region are common symptoms of hemorrhoids.
The major causes of hemorrhoids are
The lack of fiber diet and less fluid intake also causes hemorrhoids.
* Obesity and over weight causes hemorrhoids.
* Large sports or exercise and lifting heavy objects,
* Pregnancy in women, hypertension and abusive attitudes has a direct or indirect pressure on the blood vessels in the rectum or anal area is the main causes of hemorrhoids.
*stress may be a serious cause for haemorrhoids
Types of hemorrhoids...
Hemorrhoids are dilated veins like varicose veins and hemorrhoids occur only in the anal area. Enlarged, dilated veins of the hemorrhoid plexuses can lead to bleeding from the anal area.
External Hemorrhoid: If the engorged vein is outside of the anus, but very close to what is described as an external hemorrhoid?
Those external hemorrhoids three main symptoms:
• External hemorrhoids have less bleeding areas occur beneath the skin near the anus, which can be felt as hard lumps.
* External Hemorrhoids also not clear from the opening, but develop over the edge, just outside and
* External Hemorrhoids development in the dark area of skin near the opening and is usually brown.
* Internal Hemorrhoid: If the engorged vein is in, it is referred to as an internal hemorrhoid. Most internal hemorrhoids bleeding while passing stools, but are less painful, if not contaminated

HOME TREATMENT / NATUROPATHY of hemorrhoids usually provides relief within a few days. The best hemorrhoid home treatment is based on knowing how to shrink hemorrhoids. Here are some things that help: -
• Sitting in a warm bathtub several times a day for 15-20 minutes.
* Applying ice packs to the rectal area for 15-20 minutes two or three times a day.
* Keeping the rectal area clean and dry. Avoid soap, which is drying. Cleanse the area with plain water and gently pat dry or use a blow dryer set on low.
* Using wipes or moistened toilet paper after a bowel movement instead of dry paper.
* Aloe Vera has a long history of use as soothing and cooling astringent. Aloe gel, derived from the plant's leaf, can be applied to external hemorrhoids to relieve the swelling and pain.
* The seed of the horse chestnut tree has been used since the 1800s to treat various vein conditions. Today, horse chestnut extract is commonly used in Europe and Asia for hemorrhoids
• *Comfrey - The well-approved plant that contributes to new cell growth and has natural healing characteristics.
• *Seed Of Mango (Dried) - This is very healthy for you and it can even taste great when consumed with a spoonful of honey.
• *Apple Cider Vinegar - Have apple cider vinegar with every meal.
*Vinegar Dipped Cotton Ball - Pad the area to relieve sensations of burning and itching.
*Witch Hazel - This is another alternative you have when it comes to soreness.
*Figs - Over-night, douse dried figs in a bowl of water and eat them for breakfast. I like them with a bowl of shredded wheat myself.
*Herbal Sitz Baths - If you was to try any ONE remedy for hemorrhoids I would recommend you to try this option - and I daresay your physician would too. Effective and well proven.
*Kegel Exercises - During life, muscles around your pelvis becomes tired and less competent at bodily functions. Kegel exercises have been gaining in popularity as they build the muscles around the pelvic area. This leads to better urine retention and wards off hemorrhoids.
* Pranayaam the technique of taking breathing and applying the mool bandh.

Hemorrhoid surgery
Hemorrhoidectomy
Hemorrhoid surgery is the removal of swollen veins around the anus (hemorrhoids). Hemorrhoids can be inside (internal) or outside of (external) the skin around the rectum.
Description
Hemorrhoids can be surgically removed using a special stapler or sutures (stiches). You may be sedated and pain-free (local or spinal anesthesia) or asleep and pain-free (general anesthesia). After the hemorrhoid is removed, you may have stitches that dissolve on their own and gauze packing to reduce bleeding.

Smaller hemorrhoids may not need surgery. Hemorrhoid surgery is often done in an outpatient clinic or your doctor̢۪s office, with little or no anesthesia.
To treat your hemorrhoids, your doctor may:
• Give you a chemical shot into the hemorrhoid to reduce swelling (sclerotherapy)
• Place a rubber band around the hemorrhoid to cut off the blood supply to it
• Shrink the hemorrhoid with infrared light or a laser, or freeze it with liquid nitrogen
• Perform minor surgery to treat the hemorrhoid (hemorrhoidectomy
